RE-THINKING SMEs' RESEARCH TRENDS TO WISELY GUIDE OUR SCHOLARLY IMPACT IN THE NEW DECADE

Dear Colleagues,

We are conducting research focused on RE-THINKING SMEs’ RESEARCH TRENDS TO WISELY GUIDE OUR SCHOLARLY IMPACT IN THE NEW DECADE. As social science researchers, we should critically self-question our roles as teachers, researchers, and academic entrepreneurs in society, and given the new socio-economic landscape, with your help we can begin to re-think the impact of our research on different actors.

This exercise hopes to create a dialog between academics, SMEs, and eco-system actors to identify research trends to inform our present and future. We hope to learn more about the extent to which the practitioners use our scholarly work and the strategies scholars use to drive the impact of their work on SMEs through their actions, research, and teaching.

Given your outstanding experience in the field, we invite you to participate in this exercise by completing a short (10-15 minute) questionnaire. Your participation in this study is voluntary, and we will protect your confidentiality. After all data are compiled, all identifying information will be deleted.

We need your contributions by July 1st, 2021. If you have any questions concerning the research study, please contact the research team at icsb.scholarlyimpacts@gmail.com.

Thank you for considering our request.

Sincerely,

Eric Liguori and Maribel Guerrero
